Prenatal Yoga

Along with modifications to classic yoga poses, this class will use movement and breath to help alleviate common physical discomforts and to strengthen the body and mind for pregnancy, labor and birth.  Classes will be led by certified prenatal and postnatal yoga instructor, Tiana Hanley (RYT), who recently gave birth to her first child at the CFB in 2017. 

All experience levels are welcome.  As a community class, there is a suggested minimum donation of $10.  Please bring your own yoga mat, a snack and water!

Loving Hands Infant Massage Class

Prenatal and postnatal folks are welcome for this class.
Learn a full-body massage routine for baby. Promotes wellness and deepens communication. Learn tips and techniques to ease common infant woes. Great for any caregiver to learn! Class occurs monthly at Center for Birth in Eastlake. 
10:30-10:45 Settling and introductions
10:45-11:30 instruction
Bring a blanket for baby on your lap. Baby can be massaged during class or you can simply listen and observe if you or baby don't want to massage/be massaged as the class is happening. All will go home with an instruction sheet of all the moves we do. $25 per adult/baby dyad $10 for additional adult
Take-home pure aromatherapy infant massage oils $10.
