Along with modifications to classic yoga poses, this class will use movement and breath to help alleviate common physical discomforts and to strengthen the body and mind for pregnancy, labor and birth. Classes will be led by certified prenatal and postnatal yoga instructor, Tiana Hanley (RYT), who recently gave birth to her first child at the CFB in 2017.
All experience levels are welcome. As a community class, there is a suggested minimum donation of $10. Please bring your own yoga mat, a snack and water!
